The OCA IMI of Ourense will be directed by Manuel R. Pérez Sánchez

The management of the IMI HOTEL & SPA By OCA Hotels will be the responsibility of Manuel R. Pérez Sánchez.

Born in Santiago and graduated from the Galician Hospitality Center, he has experience as a management assistant in different hotels, including a five-star hotel, Bacerló Torre de Madrid, Occidental Santa Cruz Contemporáneo, among others.

The new director of OCA IMI, Manuel R. Pérez, begins this journey enthusiastic about opening the doors of a totally new establishment, in the center of Ourense: the only hotel with a spa in the city! And so, because it also comes after a health situation that has revolutionized the entire panorama in general and the hotelier in particular. This means that we will open with extraordinary hygienic and sanitary measures, so that guests feel safe.

It also highlights that our commitment is clear to be a hotel that is concerned about the environment and respectful of it. Our concern is transferred to the use of renewable energies, in this case geothermal energy, to the use of ecological materials in all the decoration and to be free of plastic or in any case use those ones that are biodegradable.

The OCA IMI is located in the heart of the capital of Ourense, 350 meters from the cathedral. It has 21 carefully decorated rooms, a reading room, a breakfast room, a meeting room and a spa with a wet sauna, a dry sauna and a dynamic pool: with different jets and water beds, for the enjoyment of its guests and later it will be also for non-hosted clients.
