With a degree in Tourism from the University of Oviedo, Judit Morales also holds a master’s degree in Business Administration from the “Asturias Business School” and completed her studies in marketing and revenue management at the Hotel Union of Asturias. Likewise, he was part of the first promotion of the OCA Hotels internal executive training program, called OCADEMY management.
His professional career has always been linked to customer service and the hotel sector. She has worked in different three- and four-star establishments and since 2016 she has been part of the OCA Hotels chain, starting as a receptionist at the OCA Santo Domingo Plaza and then as a receptionist at the OCA Villa de Avilés hotel. In addition, he was in charge of the management of the OCA Burgos Centro hotel, until its disaffiliation from the chain last April.
