In our hotel OCA Puerta del Camino we continue to celebrate the program of activities prepared as a celebration of our 20th anniversary, this time, with a tribute to Galician emigration through the international cuisine days “Platos en la Diáspora”. The event will take place at the ‘Golden Goose’, the gastrobar of our hotel, from Wednesday 12 to Sunday 15 September; and it is intended for attendees to make a succulent culinary journey through the most representative dishes of our diaspora, those places where thousands of Galicians emigrated and where there is still an important settlement of our community.
In this way, people who attend our conference can taste more than a fortnight of dishes inspired by the cuisine of countries such as Mexico, United States, Argentina, England or Switzerland. Arepas, tequeños, empanadillas, fish and chips and Swiss chocolates will be present in a letter that we have created with care exclusively for the event, and that diners can complement every noon with a menu of the day of international flavor at a price of €12 euros for a plate, and €16 for two.
But the highlight of this activity will come with the food on Saturday 14, day for which we will have prepared a delicious special menu with the flavors of our diaspora that attendees can taste at a price of €16 per person.
