Our Oca Puerta del Camino hotel will deliver the OCAwards at its 20th anniversary gala

Our hotel Oca Puerta del Camino in Santiago de Compostela celebrates its twenty years of activity with a thematic gala that will take place in its Garden The Garden on July 5, where it will deliver four awards to its staff and non-profit organizations.

In a party that will have more than two hundred guests, our team wants to reward entities with which it collaborates in different areas that are very present in the philosophy of our chain: solidarity, respect for the environment and integration.

The OCAwards, as we have called this initiative, will be for Ecoembes for their intense work in caring for the environment since recycling, a fundamental task to reduce the impact of our waste on nature; to Tierra de Hombres for their achievements in improving the lives of the most vulnerable children, helping them to overcome diseases and health problems that in their country could not be intervened; and to COGAMI for its institutional role in favor of integration in society. The Oca Puerta del Camino also wants to value its staff. For this reason we will deliver the Ocaward to the Compostela team, the true protagonists of the event.

In the words of the management, “we want to celebrate our anniversary, but we also want to take advantage of the party to highlight the efforts made by society to improve the entities that we have selected as winners. This appointment is in turn a thank you to all who have been part of the history of our hotel. We turned twenty years of Puerta del Camino and many years of collaboration, contributing our small grain of sand to the different causes that COGAMI, Ecoembes and Tierra de Hombres defend ”. At the gala, which will be attended by collaborators, press, companies of the sector, institutional representation and friends of the house, the Broken Peach group will perform and there will be surprise performances and a party until late at night.
